Thank you for your interest in our programs & trips! When registration is open, trips will be listed on this page. Payment is required at time of registration unless otherwise noted. You will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
If a program or trip is full upon receipt of your request for registration, you will be notified, not charged and added to the waitlist.

To help our families plan their fall calendars without a heavy upfront financial burden this summer, you can secure your spots for all of our September trips with an option for deposit only at the time of registering:
A $15 non-refundable deposit per family, per trip is required at the time of registration to lock in your spots.
This deposit goes directly toward your total balance for that trip. Your remaining balance will be invoiced via email and/or your preferred payment method (Venmo or Zelle request) and due at least two weeks prior to each event.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the time, coordination, and non-refundable nature of many of our events, registration is considered a commitment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event and no-shows are non-refundable.
While the above is true, trips and events are often transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to find another family to take your spot(s) and coordinate the payment swap directly with them. Just let me know who will be taking your place so I can welcome them to the group!
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or limited access to future registrations.
I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to handle those situations with care and flexibility.
