What do we do?
Types of Opportunities Offered through Natural Connections
Natural Connections Programs- these are thoughtfully curated programs facilitated by Natural Connections to connect with nature and other families through immersive learning opportunities and open play. These programs have two types of registration fees; members only flat rate and traditional/full registration fees for non-members.
Field Trips- these are thoughtfully selected and meticulously planned group outings for experiential learning; trips to museums, nature centers, local businesses, adventure parks, conservation centers and more! These trips vary in cost according to location/venue/program and are often offered at a lower cost through group discounts than visiting on your own. A per family planning fee is added to the trip cost. Members receive discounts or waived fees for field trips.
Meetups- these gatherings are free to members and a one-time free offer for first time adventurers to spend time engaging with other homeschool families of all ages and include things like nature meetups, hikes, days at the beach or riverside, play dates and socialization. May be impromptu get-togethers or advance planned meetups.
Pop-Ups- these are last minute or short notice programs, sometimes with no fee attached, can include things like outdoor read aloud, nature crafting, mindful hikes and more!
